Epidote

Epidote is a black, gray, or deep green magmatic rock. It can help dissolve false images to help a person recognize facades in life. It can regenerate the feeling for oneself. It strengthens any healing process. Epidote also amplifies energies. I mention this because if you are not in a good mood, you might not want to carry this one. It will ignite your mood to a stronger version of what you are feeling at the time. If you are sad, please use another stone, such as black Obsidian, to release first.
