The difference between grids and layouts! The energies of crystals, and gemstones placed as layouts around the human body can be profound in moving energy to balance. They surely make you feel stronger, brighter, lighter, and super cool in my opinion. Many people can feel a deep connection to spirit, meaning a loved one that has passed; an Angel or one might call a God or Universal Source. A higher power. I, personally love the feeling of the connection of my physical body and mind connecting. This is the connection of “self”. I call it syncing up. When I do a session with certain crystals they make me feel super intelligent.
